In this series, six British celebrities travel along some of the most extraordinary highways on the planet, taking in the breathtaking landscapes and the fascinating characters who live, work and travel these routes on a regular basis.

This series takes three ordinary people with ordinary jobs, and asks them to clock on with the locals in places that are wildly different from those they are used to: an ambulance paramedic in Guatemala City, a bus driver in Manila and a midwife in Liberia, West Africa.
